In case you do not comply with our conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund. Incomplete applications cannot be refunded;

In case of a positive outcome, we will explain to you how to proceed.

We are free to (reasonably) refuse a refund if we are not satisfied with the evidence provided.

If the product is purchased despite having been written by us on our website, on our socials, via email or any other channel that it may not be effective due to skin tone, hair or any other reason given by us, a refund will not be available.

Refund shipping costs and the process itself are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not offer refunds for those who have not tried our device for at least 70 days and provided sufficient evidence to prove its ineffectiveness on their hair.
